    Hello !
    Nice job on the site!

Sunday we had professor Chris Wells from Unified Salt Lake/Pedro Sauer Team. He taught a great class. Was an honor to have him. The week before we had Thomas from Unified in. That's where I started, always excited to have the guys from Utah visit. When someone comes from out of town, and chooses to visit us I feel honored and grateful. Thanks guys!!

As an older newcomer to BJJ, I felt welcomed since day one. I used to be obsessed on my career working 60 hours weeks at times and my health slowly declined. Since I started training at Cascadia BJJ, I've lost some weight and made an employment decision that gives me more time to focus on my health. No matter if your goals are self defense, losing weight, gaining confidence, or competition then Cascadia BJJ has it all. Instructors are top notch. I am a BJJ white belt and I'm proud to have begun my journey at Cascadia BJJ. Oss!

Welcoming, and friendly group of individuals. The education is legit, and the teachers are super helpful and supportive. Compared to other BJJ memberships in the area, this is the BEST value in town. Feels like a family more than a group of training partners.
